• Our London Offices are still open with one operator at one time and one admin person. They are working separately and on shift work and only 3 days a week to minimise as much risk as possible. 
   

• ALL tapes that we receive are sprayed with a disinfectant spray and immediately boxed in an air-tight plastic container.  They are then shelved for 4 days, before we open them and transfer them to digital files. 
   

• One we have transferred them we are now offering a FREE upload service of all your files. Whereby we will send you a link to simply download your files.  We are then happy to keep the tapes for a period of time or return them after their 5 days return quarantine period. 
  
  
  ALTERNATIVE DROP OFF AND COLLECTION SERVICE - LOCAL SERVICE KT10
   

• We can collect from you your tapes (5 or more) FREE OF CHARGE.  We will ask you to double bag the tapes, and we will arrange a convenient collection time from you.  We will collect them from your doorstep or porch and will operate the 2m social distancing rule. They will be immediately placed into a air-tight box. 
   

• They will then be taken up to our offices in London on a Monday, Wednesday and Fridays for transfer. 
   

• Or you can drop them to us at my personal home address and we will leave a box in our porch
   

• We will then either transfer them to a file or a DVD and drop them back to you FREE OF CHARGE.  
   

• Or we upload them FREE OF CHARGE and send you a link to download them.
